continuous_nav doesn't work for slimbox and thickbox

    continuous_nav in ajax.init.js is set to true, but it works only in the built-in navigation. It doesn't seem to have any effect in Slimbox or Thickbox mode.
    Is there an easy way for me to enable continuous_nav for those two preview modes?

    yes, it is only on the built-in nav. i'll disable it if another nav is selected.
