Ok, I have the debug flags set. Anyone who knows please help. I migrated from a windows 2008 server to a windows 2008 R2 x64. Now I can't get the site to work. If I just copy over the cache the galleries show up, but if I remove them they stop functioning. Looks like thumbs.display.php is not being allowed to run???

Nevermind.

I had upped the memory limit to 20M so I thought why not try bigger. pumped it to 128 and every thing works.
