I installed minishowcase last night, but some of my galleries did not properly render the thumbnails. The thumbnails were there, but instead of showing a miniature version of the photo, it showed a gray square. After some troubleshooting, I realize that this was happening to galleries that had a quote in the name (e.g., Joe's Birthday Bash). removing the quote fixes the problem, but now the gallery name is not the best (e.g., Jane s Birthday Bash). Looks like this happens because the quotes are escaped (slashes added). Is there a workaround for this?
I also noted that using ampersands (&) in file names causes problems as well, but that's easily resolved (use "and").
