gallery doesn't work with header & footer

    I have the (non-live) gallery working here: http://rudolphfoods.com/sweepstakes/gallery/index-false.php
    I would like to brand it, but when I set the header & footer to true I get this: http://rudolphfoods.com/sweepstakes/gallery/index.php

    Any clues what's happening?
