change thumbnail size
yea, you just have to change the number of thumbnails to show per row in the /config.php file. the thumbnail size is automatically adjusted to the desired number of thumbnails per row.

that does not have to do with minishowcase, is a permissions problem. change your folder/file permissions with your FTP client, or check them with your ISP provider.

i just saw it and it loads fine. perhaps you're on a slow connection? your images are quite big (almost a megabyte each), so php takes some time to load them. also, on which OS/browser are you watching it? it might be your browser.
